Kadakom
Kadakom is an environmental film festival conducted annually by Silent valley National Park in association with nearby protected area. The film festival was intended to give awareness to the public about forest conservation and sustainable living. The program was conducted in Palakkad in 2016 and 2017.
Photo Exhibition
A photo exhibition of drawings of students from Attappady was conducted in Palakkad. The program gave a good exposure for the students in the region. The photos primarily portrayed the current issues related to forest conservation in Kerala.
